The call

Water was reaching the mechanical-room floor and below. The crew traced the failure to the circulation-pump bearing assembly, then isolated the boiler, pump power, and affected piping to stop the leak and protect the surrounding equipment.

Refill the system, inspect for leaks, return the boiler and pump to service, and monitor operating temperatures.
