How we work
Know what happens next.
Clear estimates, coordinated visits and a record of the work. Our office and technicians keep your plumbing or mechanical service moving from the first request to the finished report.
From request to report.
Some repairs can be completed during the first visit. When the work needs an estimate, parts or another trade, here is what to expect.

Tell us what is happening
Send the address, symptoms and access details. Our office reviews the request and contacts you to arrange the next step. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Understand the problem
The technician records what they find, what they can complete and any testing performed. If more work is needed, those findings help define the estimate.
Review the proposed work
Your estimate sets out the scope, price, applicable taxes, conditions and validity period. Review it by email or, when available for your account, in the client portal. Contact us with questions before approving.
Arrange the approved work
We check parts availability, access, shutdown requirements and any specialist attendance before confirming the visit. Approval starts the planning; it does not reserve a visit date.
Keep the finished record
After the work is completed and reviewed, we provide the final job report. It records the completed work, relevant findings and testing, and any outstanding recommendations.
Your records, your choice
Easy to review. Easy to keep.
Do I need a client account?+
No. Estimates and reports can still be sent by email. If Office has arranged portal access, you can also review shared estimates and final reports online. The portal is optional.
Can a council and property manager see the same records?+
Office can arrange access for authorized representatives of the same property. Viewing records and approving estimates are separate permissions. Tell us when representatives or management companies change so access can be updated.
What about maintenance across a whole building?+
Tell us about the equipment, locations and maintenance requirements. We can scope the work by appliance or system, record completed checks and identify deficiencies that need a separate estimate.
How do digital tools help?+
Our technicians capture notes and photos against the job. Assisted drafting helps organize those records into estimates and reports for staff to review. People check the work and approve customer documents before they are released.
