5. Scope of Work and Hidden Conditions

Service scopes described on this website are general in nature. Actual work scope is defined only after site inspection and written approval.

PMG is not responsible for hidden or latent conditions, including but not limited to:

  • underground services
  • structural or access limitations
  • code deficiencies
  • previously undisclosed damage

Additional work required due to hidden conditions may require a revised estimate or change order.

6. Emergency and Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable safety measures when safe to do so, including shutting off water or gas supplies when appropriate.

If gas odors are present, occupants should leave the area immediately and contact the gas utility provider.

PMG does not guarantee immediate emergency response and is not liable for delays caused by weather, access, traffic, availability, or safety considerations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage beyond the scope of work performed.
